“In uncertainty, we choose who we become.”
I’m interested in what emerges between humans and intelligent systems as they navigate uncertainty - how decisions, responsibility, and autonomy are distributed across socio-technical systems. My academic work bridges agentic AI theory with organizational realities, exploring architectures and dynamics of agentic AI, hybrid decision-making, and the question of competence in complex human–AI constellations.
Professionally, I lead R&D for Digital Transformation at Ferdinand Porsche FERNFH. Much of my work unfolds in dialogue - across disciplines, roles, and levels of experience - translating research into frameworks, systems, and learning architectures that hold up in real organizational contexts. I care about research that remains intellectually rigorous while being meaningfully usable.
Beyond research, I’m fascinated by older cognitive frameworks: classical literature, ancient and Norse myths, philosophy, and psychology. Archetypes, narratives, and symbolic systems can be read as early models of agency and uncertainty - complementary lenses for understanding how knowledge, power, and chaos co-evolve over time.
I practice mixed martial arts. What began as a physical discipline gradually became an intellectual one: a way of experiencing decision-making under pressure, immediate feedback, and the irreversibility of action - a lived form of embodied cognition.
When I’m not immersed in systems thinking or practice, I also enjoy the sensory side of existence - dark chocolate, loud guitars, and unfamiliar cities.
I’m drawn to questions that resist premature closure and unfold best through conversation. I value thoughtful disagreement and perspectives that challenge my own. If you find yourself circling similar themes, chances are we’ll have something worth discussing.
